Roderick Cutajar

Roderick has occupied various top leadership positions in HR. With over three decades experience as business HR partner with CEOs and other key stakeholders, Roderick is very passionate about people matters. He has handled HR departments green-field startups of small and large organisations , implementation of HR standard operating procedures and polices, people measurement tools, Unions negotiations and industrial relations, negotiation and mitigation sessions, compensation, disciplinary procedures, implemented rewards systems and other strategic HR matters. He set up Gallant Management Consultancy Limited purposely to share all his knowledge in HR & Management with those seeking to achieve their business goals, financial targets and Vision through an engaged, motivated and performance oriented workforce. Roderick is in possession of a Degree and a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Leicester.

Michela Cutajar is a dynamic professional at Gallant, specializing in Human Resources with a keen focus on Psychology. Currently pursuing her studies in this dual field, Michela combines academic knowledge with practical experience in administrative roles. Her expertise extends to handling single work permits and overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both the company and its employees. Michela’s unique blend of psychological insight and HR acumen positions her as a valuable asset to the Gallant team, committed to fostering a productive and harmonious workplace.
