The Department for Industrial and Employment Relatiions is the Official Government Department dealing with various aspects of the Industrial and Employment related fields. It was set up by the Government of Malta to protect the Interests of parties in employment contracts while actively promoting a healthy employment relationship in a spirit of social partnership, and to continue towards stable industrial relations.

Since the Department for Industrial and Employment Relations has officially licensed and approved Gallant Management Consultants as a Recruitment Agency, the Company may now officially offer recruitment services. Gallant Management Consultants Limited was provided with License Number 00165-2022.
