Reporting to the Company’s Directors, the chosen candidate will be expected to oversee the Group entire operations. Our client, an established business offering a diverse portfolio of products and services (fabrics, furniture, kitchens etc.)is seeking to recruit someone with sound experience in this kind of business. He/She will be expected to:-
– Generate new leads and sales;
– Maintain and expand existent portfolio of clients;
– Ensure awareness about on-going third parties projects so that Company could offer its products;
– Oversee the successful completion of projects;
– Oversee, manage and improve efficiency across the Group’s diverse business units;
– Make recommendations to improve the current levels of customer care;
– Support the Company with the achievement of high levels of customer-care;
– Liaise and perform the necessary interdepartmental checks to ensure 100% efficiency;
– Ensure continuous monitoring of departmental costs versus budgets;
– Liaise with the Financial Controller regarding operational and overhead expenditure;
– Provide on-going feedback to Company’s senior management regarding operational gaps and solutions;
– Assign priorities to supervisors and managers in accordance with Company targets and goals;
– Organise on-going meetings with key stakeholders and clients;
– Other management / administrative duties.
Applicants are expected :
– To possess a minimum of 3-5 years experience;
– To possess the ability to organise and coordinate operations through team working;
– To possess effective leadership, organisational and analytical skills;
– To possess the ability of utilising Management tools;
– To possess an above average business acumen;
– To possess great communication skills and managerial courage;
– To possess a tertiary level of education (NVQ 6) or is in process of achieving a Managment Degree
