HR & Management Advisory Company
Reporting to the Company’s HR Manager, this function is responsible for the successful implementation of administrative and HR activities including but not limited to:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting the HR Manager with the implementation of the department strategy;
Monitor fixed-term contracts and liaise with management re extensions;
Assisting the HR Manager with single work permits, medical examinations, fights, and other administrative duties;
Assisting the HR Manager with recruitment, interviewing, and selection;
Support the Company with manpower planning/forecasting;
Maintain and manage all personnel records keeping all up to date;
Assist with the monitoring of vacation leave and sick leave;
Provide administrative support to the team as may be needed on a daily basis;
Perform other duties as may be required from time to time.

Able to work under pressure, in a team, and on his / her own initiative.
Excellent time management skills.
Confident user of Microsoft Suite.
High proficiency in English.
Able to work in a performance-oriented environment.
Able to respect deadlines and focused on delivering on time.
Additional languages would be an advantage.
EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in an HR department will be considered an asset;
Ideally, a minimum of 2 years experience in general HR.
QUALIFICATIONS Advanced Level of Education / Other.
